Michelle and I met Angela at the Albertsons in Draper.  We ran a short warm up around the parking lot.  Then we ran up 12300 S. and turned on Wasatch Blvd.  We ran out 6 miles and back.  Lots and Lots of hills.   We ran the first half in 55 minutes and the second half in 48.  Average pace 8:35.  Splits for the last 4 miles were 8:02, 7:22, 7:40, 7:43 (mostly down hill).  My plan is to have a fast finish on all my longer runs.  It was a good run.  No bathroom stops.  YEA!!!

Oh, something else, our splits are off because you kicked my butt up a couple of those hills but I made up a little on some of the down so it is great that we evened out.

What a fun run! I want to do that trail one of these Saturdays. And no bathroom breaks--wow! That is such a good idea to do the last part of your long runs faster--you are so ready for St. George and Hobble Creek!
