Met the group at the church on 9800 and 4200nd.  We ran uphill for the first mile to the road by the park.  We ran 6 half mile repeats with about a minute of rest between each one.  The we ran back to cars.  I ran with Michelle M. until I hit 6 miles.  My splits were 8:54, 7:37, 7:10, 7:31, 8:04 and 8:50.  Average pace 8:02.

Thanksgiving Day - 

Taylor and I met the group at the church on 10200 and 4000th.  We warmed up for about 1.3 miles.  Then we ran a 4.5 mile tempo run which included uphill in the beginning and a steep downhill finish.  Then we cooled down after.  My splits were 9:10, 8:14, 8:02, 8:43, 7:38, 8:22, and 8:51.  Average pace 8:27.

Met the group at the Kmart in Draper.  We ran a slow mile warm up and ended back at the cars. Then we ran out to Wasatch Blvd.  We went out 4.5 and back.  The hill was hard as usual.  I did walk a few times, but never for too long.  It was a tough run.  I was beat the rest of the day.  My splits were 9:33, 8:39, 8:44, 10:06, 8:41, 8:34, 8:11, 7:06, 7:45, and 7:57.  Avg. 8:32.
