It was so nice to sleep in a little before my run today.  I started at the trail.  It was very chilly and I'm glad I had my arm warmers on.  I ran an easy warm up mile, then I wanted to run 5 marthon paced miles.  I slowed down for the next 2 miles, then I decided I wanted to see if I could run the whole 13 miles in 1:45 which would be just short of the marathon pace I want.  I was very happy with my effort.  I finished in 1:45:41.  Average pace 8:08.  Miles were 9:58, 7:57, 8:03, 8:09, 7:53, 7:37, 8:34, 8:42, 7:25, 8:05, 8:06, 7:47 and 7:28.

NICE JOB! I am glad you slept in, too, cause I know some obnoxious people kept you up really late! But, hey, you were fueled by good mexican food!

Did you guys hit traffic or did you get off the freeway? It took us 40 minutes to get from 104th to Bangerter on I-15. I fell asleep!

Thanks for dinner, it was GREAT! I am going to miss seeing you every week. ;o(

Thanks Jody.

Kelly, thanks for a very fun dinner. We had a great time as always. Let's do it again soon. Yes we did hit that traffic. As soon as we passed the 11400 S. exit, we were wishing we had gotten off. yuk. Hopefully we can still get together for some Saturday runs soon.
