Met the BBK's at the SJ soccer fields.  I got there early and ran an easy mile with Michelle N. and Walter.  The we did 3 x 5K's.  The first 3 miles were 9:30, 9:08 and 8:28.   The next 3 were 8:05, 7:40 and 7:18.  The final 3 were 7:36, 7:41 and 7:21.  Then I cooled down for a 1/2 mile.
