I met Michelle N., Michelle M., Angela and Dean at Albertsons for our Wasatch Blvd run.   I love this run.  It's a great St. George simulator.  I wasn't sure if I wanted to jump from 13 to 18 miles but decided it would be fine if I ran slow enough.  I felt pretty good.  The weather was great.  We ran into Eric at the church where we fill up our water.  We were surprised to see him there.  Angela bought us a delicious chocolate milk after.  Average pace 8:54.

Sounds like a nice run...so COOL to get an 18 SGM simulator done with friends! Chocolate milk is my favorite recovery drink. Have a GREAT week!

Thanks Smooth. I just checked out your blog. You're amazing. I'm so glad that you had a great long run yesterday. You are always welcome to come run with us if you don't want to run alone. You have a great week too.

Nice job Julie!!!

Let me know next time you do this run ... I would love to tag along if you don't mind. I definitely need to train on some hills.

Glad you had a great time! :)

I think a PR at SGM is in the "stars" for you this year Julie. Your runs are fun and you are positve, not terribly fatigued? This is good you are peaking at the right time. YOU GO GIRL!!! : D

Nice job Julie. I wish I wouldn't have been so lazy so I could've joined you. It all sounds fun (minus the hill!) :)
