I can only dream about when and 8:50 pace was easy. Great job.

Thanks for the comments Burt and Nancy.

Kelli, Yes I am doing the full. Good luck to you. You are running so great right now. I excited to see how you do.

Teena, I'm feeling good. I so tired this week. You would think I would have lots of energy but I don't. I don't have high expectations, so it should be fun.

Paul- Thanks. I hope you have a great race too. Kick some butt on those down hills.

Thanks Teena. I wish you could come pace me at the end. Take care.

Good luck with the full then, Julie!!! You will do great, you always have been a great runner and you just keep getting faster. It is nice to be able to just run and not stress over a time, but I know you will still have an awesome finish time.

I have been exhausted for 3 weeks now and I do not know what is up. I have been skipping early morning running but it is not helping. I feel like CRUD. Hopefully our tired bodies will carry us to the end of this 26.2!
