What a fun run today.  Cheryl put together a little half marathon for our group.  We had a great turn out of about 18 people.  Michelle's husband Jared was our water boy.  It was so nice to not have to carry our water.  And I think it gave us something to look forward to.  I warmed up for about 3 miles before we started.  Then cooled down for .5 miles before rushing off to my son's football game.

The first 4 to 5 miles were mostly uphill.  My miles splits were 8:28, 8:38, 9:03, 8:34, 7:59, 7:25, 7:38, 8:16, 7:09, 7:39, 7:24, 7:57, and 7:32.  Overall time 1:44. (pace 7:59)

I ran mostly with Angela and Michelle.  I felt pretty good the whole time.  I think I may be sore tomorrow.

You are so amazing! No day off for how long, a 20 on Sunday, and you ran a sub-8-minute mile half marathon! Wow!

Wow, great run, and 80 miles this week!! Never would I have thought before this year that 80 miles was doable, that you could do that and still be walking around after. You guys are going to tear up SGM this year. 3:30 may be too unambitious, sub 3:30 is more likely.

I agree with Cheryl, Julie! Sub-3:30. You did so great today. I was impressed and you sure kept me movin'. I'm looking very forward to taking a day off.

You looked great today, Julie. Can't wait to see what happens in St. George. I know it will be good.
