I met the BBKs at Bingham.  I didn't make it to the early miles thinking I would run more miles after but that didn't happen.

Cheryl was in charge and I always love her workouts.  We started out doing a 3 mile progressive run.  Those miles were 8:46, 7:55, and 7:30.  Then we regrouped and ran over to a neighborhood to the West since the track was locked.  We did some fast repeats around the square with recovery between.  Then we ran another mile and finished back at the school.  It was nice to finally feel like I could run some faster times today.  My legs have been pretty tired the past few weeks.  The final three miles were 8:10, 7:28, and 8:22.

I had the day off work.  It was fun visiting family.
