You have to remember not to do hills on Monday because we keep doing them on Tuesday!!! Oh wait, it did not slow you down at all, so I guess you are okay!

You're right Kelly. I keep thinking that if I run hills enough I'll be as fast on them as you. You need to teach me your trick.

Teena- I'm not sick. I feel great. I just read you post. I'm so sorry that you have to go through all of that. I hope you heal soon. I really miss running with you. You are so amazing.
