I met the BBK's at Bingham.  We warmed up for 3.1 miles.   Then we headed to the track.  We ran one more easy mile with a few speed changes on the last 2 laps.  Then it was time for 8 x 800's.  My splits were 3:28, 3:26, 3:25, 3:26, 3:28, 3:26, 3:25, and 3:25.  I recovered slowly for 500 meters between each set.  I ran the first 6 with Nancy R. and the last 2 by myself.    These were tough but I think I could've done a few more if I had too.

VERY AWESOME 800s. What a confidence booster to know you could run a few more if you had to. Sub-3:25 here you come! You're gonna ROCK at SGM!

Way to hit those consistent times!

You did a great job. I couldn't run that pace for even one lap. Leslie and I are doing the Daybreak Triathlon on Saturday, but Daybreak Lake is now closed because several people that swam there got round worm so we will swim only 75 meters in the pool.
