I met the BBK's at South Jordan Park at 5:00 a.m. for our 4 x 5k's workout.  The first 3 miles were at an easy pace.  Miles 4-6 were 7:53, 7:38 and 7:05 with a short recovery after.  The third one I really wanted to push it.  I ran with Mike and we tried to not get too far behind Peggy, Melanie and Scott.  They make it look so easy.   I don't think they were even breathing hard.  I doubt I could have run a real 5k much faster.  Those miles were 7:16, 7:01 and 6:54.  I hit the 3 mile mark in 21:12.  The last 3 miles I ran with Cheris, Michelle M. Nancy R., Melanie and Dean.  We wanted 1 fast mile and 2 cool down miles.  Those times were 7:43, 8:37 and 8:40.  Very fun workout.  The BBK's are the best.
