I met Michelle N., Angela, Jody, Cheris, Michelle M., Melanie and her sister Annette at Dimple Dell at 5:00 a.m.  We ran on 10th east over to 12300 S. and then made our way up to Wasatch Blvd.  We went out just under 11 miles and came back the same way.  I got some extra milage running to the bathroom at mile 17 by the church.  It was a nice run.  The weather was perfect.   This was a great simulator run for St. George.  The last 2 miles were slighty uphill and they were tough.  We were able to keep the pace  just over 8mm for the last 5 miles.  I was exhausted for the rest of the day.  I'm so ready to taper.  Average pace 8:44.

GREAT run Julie! That last push is what always takes the rest of the day out of me. Let's hope this weather stays nice for SGM - I'm looking forward to hearing all about the PR's!!!
