I ran the first 10 miles of the treadmill hill run. I'm starting to really like this workout. The time goes by so fast. I felt some pain in my left hamstring again. I watched Top Gun.
Ten miles on the treadmill, watching top gun? "Thats the gutsiest move I ever saw man". My wife really likes the vollyball scene. I think they should have done it real life and put some fat guys with speedos, but she said it wouldn't be the same. I just hate when they exploit men like that. he he
