I ran the first 8 miles of the Newton Hills treadmill run.  I haven't done this in a few weeks and it was tough.  I also did my core work out.

i am curious about this newton hills treadmill run. what does it consist of? i have a tradmill hill workout i do occasionally where you run in 10 min. segments, increasing the incline to 6-7% the last two min. of the segment, then increase the speed, lower the incline, and start another 10 min. set. is this the same?? sorry if that was confusing...just curious!

8 miles on the treadmill is tough no matter what you are doing!

Allie- I found this workout on another blog. Check out my December 27, 2008 log. It explains what to do. It really is a great workout. I hope this helps.

Kelli- you're right. It helps if I have a good movie to watch.
