I thought it would be so great to sleep in until 6:30 and then run after my kids left for school.  Not a good idea.  I started at 9:00.  About 1 1/2  miles out I was so dizzy and light headed I thought I might pass out.  So I came back home and ate some sports beans.  Then I drove down to the trail and ran another 7.5 miles.  It was hot and boring and everything from my hips down kind of ached.   I don't normally eat anything before I run.  But today because of the late start I ate my oatmeal about 1 1/2 hours before I ran.  I am looking forward to my day off from running tomorrow.

We should start running together on Friday, it does get so boring! And I only did 8 miles (although the slowness made it seem longer). Your 11 miles is impressive!

Great job---I would have given up if I had gone home like that, so way to get back out there.

At least it wasn't super hot today, right?
