I took Paul's advice and did a downhill run on the treadmill at the gym. I warmed up for 1 mile with no incline. Then I ran 6 miles with a 3% decline at about a 7:45 ave pace. Then I ran 4 more flat miles at a 9:00 min pace. This was a great workout. The time went by really fast. My average heart rate was 153. |
