Met the BBK's at 10200 S. and 40th W.  My legs were tired and I have a 20 miler coming up so I decided to take it easy today.  After the warm up, we were supposed to run a 3 mile and then a 2 mile tempo run.  I ran the first 3 miles at 8:40, 8:40 and 8:37.  Then the last 2 miles were 7:44 and 7:38.   It was a beautiful morning.  There was snow on the grass but the road were dry.  I ran with Cheris, Jody and Kelli at different times.  They were great to run with.  Average pace 8:38.

So you are running Boston? I just read you are running a twenty miler then looked at your goals!!! How fun!! Good luck on your twenty. I did twenty last Saturday in prep for the Antelope Island 50K (31miler). I still am wanting to cop out to the one loop (15k) cause once is enough. But oh well we runners are just too nuts. Enjoy your weekend!!
