Met the BBK's at Bingham this morning.  We warmed up for about 3.6 miles.  Average pace 9:14.  Then we did a track workout.  We ran a fast 1200.  Then we were paired up.  Michelle was my partner.  She did great.  We ran 4x600's each.  Then we ran 2 laps with slow curves and fast straights.   Then I ran until I hit 10 miles.  Thanks Kelli for finishing with me.  I didn't feel very fast today.  Average pace for the last 6.4 miles was 7:54.
