Met the BBK's at the Riverfront parking lot.  We warmed up for 3.5 miles.  The we got on the trail and ran 2 minutes at marathon pace and 1 minute at 5k pace.  We did that for the next 5.5 miles and then I cooled down for .5 miles.  Mile splits were 9:57, 8:47, 9:25, 8:14, 7:40, 7:44, 7:57, 7:49, 7:50, 9:38.   My daughter got her wisdom teeth out today.

Nancy- Thanks. She is doing great so far. She was in and out of the doctors office in 30 minutes.

Paul- You are good. Promise me if you ever find an old picture of me you wont post it. Thanks for the comment. The first thing she said when she came out of the surgery was "can I go to the game tonight?" She can't stand missing out on anything.
