Met the BBK's at the South Jordan soccer fields.  We warmed up for a little under 3 miles.  Then we ran 1 fast 5k, another 5k a little slower and then cooled down.  It felt good to really push it on the first 5k.  I can't believe how many fast people are in our group.   It was windy and raining and my feet were soaked.  I know I can take any weather in Boston if I can run in this.  Average pace 8:25.  My miles were 9:37, 8:46, 8:46, 7:55, 7:25, 7:35, 8:16, 8:23, 8:13, and 9:06.

WOW!!! You are so seriously fast! Great job. And, yes, you will be prepared for anything in Boston and you are going to do so well!!!!

You did push that first 5K. Way to go. Unfortunately, I feel like all the bad weather we've run in lately will make me LESS tolerant of bad weather in Boston, not more. I guess I'd better change my mindset, just in case!
