Met some of the group this morning as Cheris' house.  We ran from her house to the park and then ran the Riverton 10k route.  Then we ran down 1300 w. and back through the neighborhoods.  I ran with Cheris, Jody, and Cheryl.  It was a great recovery run.  My legs are still a little tired from the 20 miler yesterday but not sore.   Average pace 9:02.

You did great today! I can't believe you ran 20 miles and then bounced back like is was a walk in the park!

Thanks Jody. I wish I could say it was a walk in the park. My legs were tired. You did great today. I'm so glad that you are going to be running St. George. You are going to do great.

Hi Julie. Are you guys still thinking of running the Spanish Fork Half? You are so awesome to run 10 the next day following your 20 miler. Wow!!! I plan on turning my form in tomorrow if this cough lets up tonite.

Thanks for putting up with my whining yesterday Julie. I felt like a big, lazy baby!! You did great. I really enjoy our runs together and I always have something to giggle at later. See ya bright and early.

JULIE! Have you noticed that you are NUMBER 2 on the mileage board??? You totally need to print that out and save it!

Julie- Our running is going to put on a little half marathon this Saturday, so I don't think I will be doing SF. I hope you start feeling better and get over that cough. I can't wait to hear how you do.

Michelle- You did great yesterday. I think the fact that you could run the last 3 miles at marathon pace on day you feel crappy is pretty amazing.

Cheris- That is so funny. I should print it out huh. Thanks for planning the fun run today.

I admire your speed - 9:02 for a recovery run. When I get that fast I'll think I've gone to heaven. :) Congratulations on the good mileage. It's nice you have such good friends and compatible running partners.

Snoqualmie- Thanks for the comment. You are right. It is so nice to have great friends to run with. On the mornings I run by myself I have to drag myself out of bed.
