I met with about 7 others from our running group at Cheris' house.  We ran out 4 miles and back.  Then I ran 2 more miles on my own.  The first 5 miles in 48 minutes, and the last 5 in 41 minutes.  Average pace 8:56.

My son woke me up at 12:30 this morning to let me know he had thown up all over his bed.  Two hours later, I finally got back to sleep.  It was so hard to get up when the alarm went off.  I met the group at South Jordan park.  We ran a 2.6 mile warm up.  Average pace 9:57.  Then we ran our reverse 5k route.  I really pushed it and ran it in 23:19.  Average pace 7:30.  Then I ran a 3.5 mile cool down.  Average pace 8:43.

I ran the first 2 miles with Jerry before I told him to take off.  This was my easy day and I knew he wanted to run faster.   I ran down to the trail, out 5 miles and back.  Out in 46-back in 44.  Average pace 9:00.

No running today.  My daughter had to be to the stake center by 7:00 a.m. for youth conference.  So I couldn't squeeze a run in.  I think with all the miles I have put in this week, I needed a day off anyway.

I ran 8 miles with Michelle and Cheris.  We started at Michelle's house.  When I got home my family was still asleep so I ran 2 more miles on my own.  It was a nice easy run.  The weather was perfect.  Average pace 9:07.

I ran from home down to the trail.  I planned on turning back at mile 5 but decided to run the extra mile to the bathroom at mile 6.  It was a good run.  I tried to take it really easy.   I  saw a beaver and a snake.  It's fun to not worry about a specific time and enjoy the scenery.  There were lots of runners and bikers out today.  Out in 56 minutes - Back in 52 minutes.  Average pace 9:03.
