Cycle class with hills.  It was a great class.  The effort felt like a speed workout.  My average HR for 1 hour was 168.  Max HR 189.

Met the BBK's behind  the SJ library.  We ran 6.2 miles through the neighborhoods.  My legs finally felt really good today.  Michelle, you were right.  Average pace 8:19.

1 hour cycle class.  Hills with Eric.  Average HR 159, Max HR 189.  It was so hard getting out of bed this morning.  I need more than 5.5 hours of sleep.

I ran with the BBK's this morning.  It was a good run.  A few times the pace seemed especially fast for me.  My garmin showed one mile at a 6:33 average.  I don't know if my garmin was way off or what.  Average pace 8:01.  (Although Jody said her garmin showed an 8:18 average.  I like mine better.)

9:00 am cycle class at the gym.  I forgot my heart rate monitor.  That was almost as bad as running without my Garmin.

I met Michelle, Jody and Angela at the trail.  It was very windy going South, but it was great when we turned around and ran with the wind.
