I ran with Michelle N. and her brother C.J.  We started at my house and went down to the trail.  It was great running weather.  I felt good.  I love that I am able to run up the hills without having to stop.  I still have not figured out how to run faster on the downhills.  I have been following Sasha's advice on how to train to qualify for Boston.  So far so good.   My average pace for this run was 8:47.  That seems to be the pace for most of my easy paced runs.

The fact that you could run 13 miles at that pace the day after a 10k PR is HUGE! You are going to smash your BQ time goal. I bet you could run close to 3:30!
