1 hour walk on the treadmill at 10-15% incline.  I am so sore from the race.

Met the group at the Riverton Community Center.  I went 15 minutes early and warmed up.  I was still sore and stiff.  I ran slowly with Cheris and Lynette.  I felt much better after.  Average pace 9:30.

35 minutes on the Stairmaster.  Intervals at 10 and 16.  Then 4 miles on the treadmill in 33 minutes.  Average HR 158.  Max 186

Met Angela at Bingham 15 minutes before the group got there.  We ran 1.2 miles then another 6.7 with the group.  It was a great run.  It actually got pretty hot. 

My miles splits were 9:17, 9:16, 8:01, 8:15, 7:53, 8:08, 8:17, and 8:25(avg).  Average 8:28

I went to Jen's cycle class this morning.  I warmed up for 15 minutes before the 60 minute  class.  I felt really good.  AT intervals.  Average HR 160, Max 179.

I met Michelle at her house.  She took me on a running tour of Bluffdale and Riverton.  It was very hilly.  It felt like we were running faster than we were.  The company was great.  Average pace 8:45.
